Rev. Vince Kelley is currently Senior
Pastor of Full Life Fellowship, having pastored Full Life Fellowship
for more than 30+ years. His personal ministry also included working in Foreign Missions for the UPCI, where he promoted foreign missions using 16mm film prodcution starting in 1974. These films were used throughout the
UPCI promoting the Gospel and sharing the burden for Foreign Mission work. Rev. Vince Kelley continued with this ministry
while pastoring a growing church and working a full time job until recieving his ordination with the UPCI in May of 1986.
Assistant Pastor Michael Kelley
Rev. Michael Kelley is married with two daughters (Shiloah & Shavonne) and currently serves as Assistant Pastor, having pastored with his father at Full Life Fellowship for more than 15+ years. His personal ministry began in 1993, and became involved in Foreign Missions traveling with the late "Bud" & "Nona" Freeman to South Africa, and then returning to South Africa in 1996 to assist the late Rev. Don Ikerd to start SABI (South African Bible Institute). After returning from the foreign field, he began to assist at Full Life Fellowship, and became Assistant Pastor in 1999 after marring his "African Violet", Sis. Lesley Kelley(Smith), who he met in South Africa. Rev. Michael Kelley has a general license with the UPCI and also a Ph.D. in Business Adminsitration with a major in IT Security; works a full time secular job while pastoring with his wife.
Sis. Lesley Kelley came into the church in 1971 in Rhodesia, and worked on the mission field since her youth, following Sis. Willima Ruth Nix in 1988 from Zimbabwe to Mafikeng, South Africa. Sis. Lesley Kelley has a BA in Theology and served as President of the bible school in Mafikeng under Sis. Nix until she left South African to marry Rev. Michael Kelley. Sis. Lesley Kelley continues to be a blessing; leading in Ladies Ministry and Prayer Ministry at Full Life Felowship.

Family Life Ministry Patrick McAtee
Rev. McAtee along with his
wife Keri are the leaders of the church Family Life ministry.
This ministry provides support and teaching for families.
The McAtee's have four children, PJ, Alexis, Cody and Michael.
Their burden for family life is evident in that they
are also foster parents to numerous children on a regular basis.
Rev. McAtee is also an outstanding Bible teacher in his own right. His
teaching is a blessing to the congregation on a regular basis. You will often find that his messages will have you laughing,
crying, rejoicing and searching . He is truly an anointed vessel
for this hour.
